We know you're excited to receive your AquaShade™ order! Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days after being processed. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in shipping times.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. During busy seasons or holidays, shipping may occasionally take a little longer, but our team works hard to get every order delivered as quickly as possible.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
• No longer wanting the product
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Please note:

• Refunds and replacements are only available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong product was sent.
• Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
• Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control and are not eligible for refunds.

Yes! AquaShade™ lenses are designed to help protect your eyes from harmful UV rays during outdoor swimming, beach trips, pool days, and other sunny activities. The tinted lenses also help provide a comfortable viewing experience in bright conditions.

Unfortunately, AquaShade™ goggles are not currently available with prescription lenses. They are designed for recreational swimming, beach days, pool use, tanning, vacations, water sports, and everyday summer fun. Their stylish sunglass-inspired design combines comfort, visibility, and eye protection, making them perfect for enjoying time in and around the water.

AquaShade™ goggles are designed to provide clear visibility while swimming. To maximize performance, avoid touching the inside of the lenses and rinse with fresh water after use. Proper care will help maintain the best possible visibility over time.
